I called for transportation on 5/2 and they did not come but charged me $92.50. I’m trying to dispute this through my credit card

Insisted on payment upfront and never arrived for transportation. Attempted to call to check on time expected to arrive and company would not answer phone. Called next day and as soon as they found out it was a complaint, they hung up and would not answer again. Account was charged $46.00 for no service. Have turned in report to FTC and have an attorney involved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
