Made an appointment 3x and never showed up. They even call me to tell me the tech is on his way 30-40 mins out. An hour later still no tech. 1st - 2nd time they cancel on me an hour after my appointment time.
Canceled appointment, don’t recommend at all. Not reliable.

Grant was very professional and very friendly he did a great job of explaining things to my husband, and myself and we were very pleased with him in general
