I will be canceling my contract with these people. I find their reps are arrogant and obnoxious in some areas uneducated about their own field. I will not do business with them anymore in any capacity.
It feels like they sabotaged our ac unit to force us to buy a new one. We had a small problem before we called them. Each time they came and visited, it’s gotten worse. First time, fix didn’t work, second time they wanted us to get a new unit and quoted several thousand dollars. The third time, they offered a free cleaning when we got it back to working for a year with no issues, they visit us and now it’s not working again at all. All of the technicians from Legacy were completely professional, honest, helpful, and kind. They told me exactly what was going to happen and why. I will recommend Legacy - Hofman to everybody that asks me. Plus, I’ll be leaving another few reviews on Google maps and other places that can’t be erased or changed. The Services performed by the workmen at my house are not listed below.
