Grant Bittle from Legacy Air came out today and serviced our home furnace. He was here on time and did a great job. He was very pleasant and easy to talk with. He explained all that he did and recommended a few things to be done. He came across as honest and trustworthy. We are very pleased with the service that Legacy Air provides and we are making them our go to company for all our air conditioning needs.

Set an appointment five days earlier, they confirmed they could be there. They even confirmed the day of. Then at the end of the day, they now say they are to busy to take the appointment and I have to reschedule because they don't have enough techs available.
