knowledgeable very professional
I was leaving Home Depot and was asked if id like a Tune Up Special from Legacy Air. I did and received great service and information. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and experienced, considerate in your home and professional.
Nathan Winder did a good job. He got our furnace putting out heat again.
Nathan was on time, worked efficiently, reported the condition of the heating unit/ducts, and sold me on a membership. Great job!
Besides the maintenance check on the furnace, I mentioned to Nathan that we had a noise problem coming out of the new duct work under the house (crawl space) and we could hear the noise coming from the registers (especially the master bedroom). Nathan took the time and extra effort to go into the crawl space and found a loose damper lever that he tightened and it looks like the problem was solved. Way to go, much appreciated.
