Charged me for labor on a unit they installed that was defective from day 1. Told me labor and parts were covered. A year later they sent it to collections without calling me and insist that they never told me labor was covered. Don't bother. Google "coolsys cash problems" to see what kind of issues the parent company is having. Lagacy air literally SAVED our yoga studio by fixing the humidifier. We had another company come in and try but they messed it up even more. LEGACY saved us! Thank you Juan and everyone else who helped to fix it!!
Dylan Whisenand was in a company vehicle at a business I was present at, and was a very rude and disrespectful representation of this company. Do not recommend!
