I had a terrible experience with Roberta Roberts. I sent her all my paperwork at the beginning of the year, but she waited until the last possible day to file. Throughout the process, she never sent me the necessary tax documents or information to verify the filing. When she asked for the password to my ID.me account, I expressed my discomfort and suggested a more professional approach where she sends the information so I could verify my identity myself.
