It took me forever to find the right person for exactly what I was looking for. I was extremely nervous because I did not like how my friends eyebrows came out ….dark, thick, painted on. I wanted light hair strokes to mimic the natural brow. Thank God I found Reilly. She’s very professional, listens to what you want, and somehow produces exactly what you had in mind. I had my eyebrows tattooed by Reilly at Legacy 41 and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. She is meticulous, gentle and clearly skilled at what she does. My eyebrows look natural, perfectly shaped and suit my face so well. The studio is clean and professional and the whole experience was comfortable from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend Reilly at Legacy 41!

FABULOUS BROWS!!! When I met Riley I instantly knew that I was in good hands.
