FABULOUS BROWS!!! When I met Riley I instantly knew that I was in good hands. My consultation was successful and Riley explained the procedure in detail assuring me that she starts out conservative and that i would not look phony or overdone. We first had to lighten pigment left from previous tattooed brows. My next session went beautifully and I looked natural, the color she chose was perfect. I had a great experience with legacy 41 and Reilly. I absolutely love the way my brows came out. I went from virtually having no brows to beautiful shaped ones in an hour and a half. They look very natural too!
Riley did an awesome job and I was very happy with her artistic abilities to make my Eyebrows look like real hair.
I am very happy with my eyebrows done by Riley. Right now they’re dark but they will lighten up soon. I’m so happy to have eyebrows with out me having to try and draw them on. Very gentle application also.
