Best place to train in valdosta
Been coming here for about 2 weeks now and I can say I’ve never done harder workouts. The team is really nice and welcoming. If your trying to get in shape and get better with your fighting skills legacy 31 is definitely the place to go.

Worst experience of my life. The jiu jitsu was fine but I caught a nasty highly infectious ring worm during my free trial. I had not been to any other gyms so I know I got it from their mats. I ended up spreading the infection to my entire family and we are still dealing with it nearly 6m later. I have had my 1 year old on oral medication twice and my entire family has been to the doctor form meds. This ended up costing me multiple doctor trips and endless medication costs. Great vibes, excellent instruction. I have been to many gyms and this is as good as any I have been to. Would recommend to anyone at any skill level.
