I ordered a garden basket of green plants (shown below) to be delivered to a funeral, and what arrived was a small 5" white dish with a few 2" twigs of greenery in it. It looked completely awful and was an embarrassment. I feel that I have been scammed. I ordered and paid for a very specific arrangement and something completely different - and cheap looking - arrived. I ordered a beautiful garden basket ($113.00) to be delivered to my mom after my dad passed. They sent her a violet in a cup. WITH A VALENTINE HEART! When I called they refunded me 50% and promised they'd deliver the right one. So they tried again and sent a cheap plant. I cannot express the amount of hurt this caused. I've found out from my friends that this happens often. Always go to a florist you trust instead! (I finally ordered from a florist local to my mom..they got it right).
