I cannot praise this company enough for being the best! I emailed customer service a ton and they responded right away with all our questions! We had such a hard time finding a time to schedule a semen analysis with a local fertility office , and they even wanted the sample collected at 530am, which is almost impossible for my husbands crazy work hours. Legacy gave us the ability to be able to collect this at home in a time that is more convenient to us! The results were available the next day! I cannot recommend this compan... read more

I am happy for all of those that had good experiences with this company, ours was anything but. Our first kit we sent back-were told-arrived back at the lab “voided” and we were not given ANY reason as to why. They sent us a second kit…surprise surprise, that one arrived to the lab “voided” too. They threw both kits away without so much as asking us, or providing us proof of damages or even speaking with us about it first.
