Joshua T. Came to my elderly mother’s home in Salisbury, NC and spent over an hour with her explaining the work her roof needed. He was kind and very informative and made her feel confident in the work they were going to do. The team came out and replaced some sheathing, all the shingles, and some other work she needed. They got the job done in one day and did a A+ work!
Had a great experience with Legacy. After getting 5 quotes I narrowed it down to 2. What I found with Legacy was the quality and service they had to offer exceeded expectations from the other companies. I had a great experience with Riley, the representative. She was very detailed, explained all our options, and made sure that we were presented with what was best for our home. I highly recommend contacting legacy for any home improvement. We were very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of the product and service.
I’m in desperate need of new front and back doors; luckily I came into contact with Legacy Home Remodeling when I had a very nice young man stop by my house and introduced me to this company. I was then connected with Paul who came over and was wonderful! He was amazing! He talked me through all my options and bared with me as I asked multiple questions and had him alter my options multiple times to meet my needs and wants. The whole process was smooth and I can’t wait to get the new doors!
Beware of this company. I had a door installed about a year and a half ago, and it’s still not finished. The lock was never installed or fixed correctly, leaving my home unsecured for over a year. The same issues are happening with a second door I purchased — nearly $10,000 worth of work in total. Customer service has been terrible. Calls and messages often go unanswered, and promised manager call-backs never happen. Their only “solution” after all this time was to replace the lock. Be very cautious when dealing with Legacy. I contacted them months ago about installing a new door in my home. Ultimately, I chose to go with another company. Despite informing them of my decision, Legacy telemarketers call me weekly. I have asked Legacy numerous times to stop, but they keep doing it. I suspect they sell their customers’ details on to marketing companies, who then resell the information. Exercise caution before doing business with Legacy. Shady company with shady business practices.
