This company deserves no stars. There is simply not enough space to begin to express my dissatisfaction with Left Lane Auto. The sum of it is that new struts had to be placed on my vehicle. After 14 trips back and forth to one of their local locations, out of pocket for gas, borrowing vehicles from family in order to have a car to drive, etc. I received back a car with struts still not on or working properly, hand tight bolts, ZIP TIED parts (photo for proof), and more. Horrible places, took advantage of my husband working for them. Worked 22hrs and only getting paid 97.00. Talked to a very nasty lady on the phone from HR. Didn’t get anything but an attitude from her. Shop had him as flat rate but had him working with other techs and decided to not pay him anything from those days of learning the shop. Will be contacting and attorney here in Florida as I guess they don’t understand Florida laws. Unless they fix this. Never, never, take your car to Plantation Tire & Auto, 3241 Drusilla Lane, Baton Rouge, La. 70809 for any services, particularly if you do not want to be "taken to the cleaners"!! After an incident of taking my car in when it would not travel over 20 miles an hour, I learned that the final charge exceeded about three times what even the dealership would charge on my Toyota Camry.
