They really deserve no stars at all. Left lane auto is one of the most corrupt mechanic shop corporations ive ever encountered. They don't address your initial concern try to sell you parts ans services you dont need and charge you for parts and services you didnt receive. When you try to dispute, ask questions or get your money back They play dumb or try to make you feel like you are all while making excuses not to refund you. The professionalism of the manager and staff at your Gipson Tire location on Chantilly Parkway in Montgomery, AL was nothing short of outstanding. Could not have been treated any better than I was nor gotten a better deal than I did anywhere in the river region area. Go by and check them out and see for yourself.
This company deserves no stars. There is simply not enough space to begin to express my dissatisfaction with Left Lane Auto. The sum of it is that new struts had to be placed on my vehicle. After 14 trips back and forth to one of their local locations, out of pocket for gas, borrowing vehicles from family in order to have a car to drive, etc. I received back a car with struts still not on or working properly, hand tight bolts, ZIP TIED parts (photo for proof), and more. Horrible places, took advantage of my husband working for them. Worked 22hrs and only getting paid 97.00. Talked to a very nasty lady on the phone from HR. Didn’t get anything but an attitude from her. Shop had him as flat rate but had him working with other techs and decided to not pay him anything from those days of learning the shop. Will be contacting and attorney here in Florida as I guess they don’t understand Florida laws. Unless they fix this.
