I want to give Left Coast Exteriors five stars on some fine consulting work. We live in a 138-year-old historic home with plenty of architectural challenges now in need of expert exterior updating. We hooked up with the Left Coast general manager, Marcos, who spent time evaluating our situation and giving us guidance based on his knowledge and experience in roofing, painting, and other exterior work. I bought my home and was advised I needed a new roof and removal of dry rot. Left Coast Exteriors installed my roof and repairs in 2021. They were wonderful start to finish, until I had solar panels installed. Late last year, the solar panel company found mold in my attic and water damage after their inspection. The installation manager from Left Coast said that when my roof was installed they did not account for proper ventilation to the attic. This is a long story , but I will keep it brief. We purchased our house 1 year ago and knew it needed a new roof from the inspection. We had a number of bids from various companies with quite a wide range of pricing and material recommendations leading to confusion and frustration over making the right choice. We love our new roof, gutters, and solar light tunnels. What a transformation! We get tons of compliments from our neighbors. The project had a few minor hiccups along the way but overall a good experience. Shaun the PM took great care of us and got everything taken care of. The sales guy Dee was low pressure and we liked everyone we worked with including Lima the roof foreman. They have fantastic customer service.

Left Coast did an awesome job replacing our roof in January. Marcos gave us a really low-pressure explanation of the job and his team were super easy to work with during the installation. Left Coast actually reached back out to me after I'd gotten a quote from them in early 2025, but wasn't quite ready to replace our roof back then. By the time they reached back out, it was in desperate need of a replacement.
