Marcos and his team at Left Coast Exteriors were a pleasure to work with. Getting a new roof wasn't on my wish list this year, but with the weather quickly turning, they got us on the schedule quickly and did great work. They quoted a fair price without any aggressive sales tactics, and there were no surprise charges or fees when all was said and done.
This company promises their own installers they’ve been working with for years. LIES! The workers said they’d just started working with the company a few months ago. Why was My door was installed with nasty caulking all over the inner and exterior trim. Oh, and I can’t lock it. How is it already broken!? They don’t respond to your requests to get it fixed. We love our new roof, gutters, and solar light tunnels. What a transformation! We get tons of compliments from our neighbors. The project had a few minor hiccups along the way but overall a good experience. Shaun the PM took great care of us and got everything taken care of. The sales guy Dee was low pressure and we liked everyone we worked with including Lima the roof foreman. They have fantastic customer service.
Left Coast Exteriors did an amazing job on our back decking. They completely transformed our outdoor space into a place we can finally enjoy. Huge thanks to Marcos and the entire team for their hard work, attention to detail, and professionalism. We truly appreciate everything you did!
