An extraordinary dining experience to remember!!We were celebrating my husband‘s 80th birthday and he chose to dine at The Left Bank, because it is classy, elegant and spectacular…and so it proved to be! Each course was made to perfection we sampled many of the desserts and they were all over the top wonderful. We feel like The Left Bank provides a very unique dining experience in Vail. Elegant dining room, we had a view of the river, incredible service from Brendan (bartender), Alex (server), and Andy (Sommelier). Food is rich and amazing, something for everyone on the menu. Could not recommend the Foie Gras more! It was incredible, best preparation I have ever had with sliced peaches. Peppercorn filet was outstanding. We also enjoyed the Vol Au Vent and Chocolate Souffle.
Fine French dining in a wonderful soothing venue with white glove service! What more could you want? Our server Brandon made the evening even more special.
