My nails came out beautiful and the shape….magnificent! They could not find the color I chose but I was satisfied with the new color. The issue is that my cuticles were cut incorrectly and caused me much pain that I am still experiencing even after 5 days. Every time I wash my hands, which is frequently I am reminded of the pain. The nail tech did a great job on making sure the bleeding stopped but I’m hurting.

I was there a week or so ago and will never be going back. The way the owner openly disrespects his workers in front of customers is astonishing. Luis is misogynistic to his customers! When a lady would tell him something he would talk over and disagree her. Yet talking to male patrons it was always “anything you want boss”. It was a very uncomfortable environment and far from relaxing. With the cost now-a-days for nails I will NOT be spending any money here and I’d advise everyone to do the same.
Initial review: Patient nail techs who are gentle with my hands and feet, no cuts or burns, no quick filing, always friendly. Quality service for fair price. Updated: The more I go to them the more hit or miss the nails and service are. The new female receptionist was rude. The quality of nails is not consistent throughout, really depends on the tech. I want to make it clear that this is not a reflection on the technicians who did my manicure and pedicure—they were kind and did their best. My issue is with management and the overall setup. The entire experience felt rushed and uncomfortable. There was nothing relaxing or spa-like about it. Having to awkwardly cross my arms over my body during the pedicure, just to get the manicure, felt more like a stretch class than self-care. It simply wasn’t enjoyable.
