She did not do a good toe nail polish,she didn't get the skin above my toe nail and didn't buff the side of big or little toe

I came in with oval shaped nails and left with oval shaped nails, yet they tried to charge me for “shape”. I asked the front desk worker to take this off my total and she was extremely sassy and unprofessional.
