The red haired nurse today was really rude for no reason. The nurse with brown hair was very sweet. Everyone else was very nice.
Put my work info in their system entirely wrong... by $2700 wrong.. thanks I dont need to see a dr or anything while I feel like im dying with no insurance because I supposedly make more than triple my real paycheck. Yall gunna pay me that 2700 a month extra? ***Don't let your teenager work that counts against the whole household too apparently as if thats someone thats paying bills or contributes in some way
Very very very slow !! There is nobody else even in the lobby yet they still had me sitting waiting unacceptable service
I went in for a blood draw, one lady poked me on both of my arms because she couldn’t find a vein by that time theirs already tears running down my face they can tell I’m extremely uncomfortable, but she had another lady come in and poke me in my right arm then my right hand. First time she pokes me in my hand she makes the needle pop out of my vein and bleed, she should have just stopped right there but she kept going, so she tries a second time and she still doesn’t find a vein to draw.
