They were all very friendly, helpful, and the work to repair the damage that was done due to a collision was done a lot earlier than expected. No hassle at all.
My car suddenly died at the stop sign outside their business. I had no power at all and was completely stuck. One of their workers came out and offered to help move my car or jump it. When they popped the hood, they realized the battery terminal was loose. He adjusted it and gave the car power to get into their parking lot. They graciously tightened the loose bolt. I couldn’t say enough great things about the workers who offered to help me when they could have just went about their day and ignored my stalled car.
I hit a deer in my vehicle. This vehicle has tremendous sentimental value to me. It was too old and the insurance would have totaled it so I decided to pay cash. I took it to Gerber in Henderson for a price. Jeremy was AMAZING!! He told me exactly what I needed to fix it, to rent a car during the repair and how long it would take. He promised me if I brought it to them he would make it as beautiful as I wanted it to be. It took me 5 months but, I got the money and took it to them. He was right!! Couldn't be happier with the results! Jeremy and the Gerber team went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of. Our car looks brand new and Jeremy made the entire process effortless. There is not another collision shop I will recommend folks to other than them. Highly recommend!
