Absolutely horrible customer service.
Always had a great experience with Bernie
We needed to get our taxes done right away as we were in a financial situation. I called the office and asked if we could be seen earlier than our scheduled appointment in February and the gal I spoke with said she would have to get back with me and she Never did. We went elsewhere where they showed a little empathy and compassion for our situation. We have been going to LeFils for 2 years prior to my request this year. Bernie is a teacher and an amazing business man. He does great work and is fair in his pricing. I refer everyone to him and none have been disappointed. His whole staff has amazing customer service skills as well.
