Terrible experience. 1998 Dr. Leffers told me he would only give me a local anesthetic. I was Leary but agreed. Halfway through the operation, I started feeling the pain, and was moving around, he got mad and told me to hold still, but I could feel him cutting in my knee. He got angry and finished the surgery up really quick and didn't finish the job I could tell, as I was awake and watched it all on the video screen. My Knee is still messed up to this day.
