The staff at Leffelman and Associates were all very friendly and efficient with helping me. I only wanted a quote for a new car, and everyone was able to help me!! I will for sure recommend to anyone!!!
Friendly and knowledgeable customer service, asked all the right questions and made me feel heard and valued. If I could rate this 10 stars, I would!!!!
The woman on the telephone was extremely rude and short tempered. She asked me questions that were irrelevant and illegal. She tried to violate my right to privacy, became upset when I asked her questions, and she lied to me. Glad I know my rights ☺️ If I could give them no stars, I would.
