Bob is the MAN! I struggled with the weirdest issue (car stuck in shipping mode and car in limp mode) for a week and couldn't figure it out. Most mechanics I called told me to take it straight to a dealer and didn't want to hear anything I said after the word "electrical." Not Bob, he listened attentively, asked questions, and I could tell cared. I dropped my car off that night and he had fixed the issue by the next day.
