Dr Burke is by far the only dr I trust when talking about my weight. She listened to my concerns and worked with me to find a solution. I have always had bad experiences with drs making me feel awful when trying to figure out what is wrong with me. I am excited about my treatment plan and feel very relieved and motivated thanks to dr Burke. I appreciate her for taking the time to HELP me. The receptionist also went above and beyond to get me a consultation. Amazing staff.

My experience started off well. Next thing I knew I was being criticized for being honest about what I ate in my food journal. I then went home and proceeded to overeat junk food. Another time I went on the scale and was told the numbers were going in the wrong direction. Not very motivating! Last, I was placed on a 1200 calorie maintenance diet before I achieved my goal weight. This did not make any sense. I have known Dr. Burke for over 10 years. She is hands down one of my very very favorite physicians to deal with, and I see many doctors personally, and work with them as well. She is extremely knowledgeable across many disciplines and never rushes you. She’s the type of deeply empathic and interesting practitioners that make you even look forward a little bit to going to the doctors, because she’s just so nice. She’s a lovely soul.

I needed a fill for my gastric lapband, my regular Dr is in Puerto Vallarta, I was having a tough time finding a Dr in Canada that would even see me! Dr. Burke was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and sympathetic to my plight. She got me in last minute! Many thanks!!
