I terminated Leewen Liu right after 3rd visit, shall never went in the first place. She fabricated story on my HMO medical file & refused , deny patient right have copy , & threaten patient life. This year i got new insurance and was assigned to leewen liu. I went in seeking help for pain from my carpel tunnel. The doctor asked about my lifestyle and told me to stop weight lifting at the gym. She also said that women shouldn't weightlift and only need to walk for fitness - that should have been my first warning sign that I wasn't dealing with a reasonable doctor. Don’t come here. They are closed at random times in the day. I have come 3 days in a row all at different times throughout the day and the door is locked. I have called comtinuously throughout the day and no response. I have a physical exam that I need to pick up and they have already charged me for it. Google and Apple Maps show that this location is open Monday- Friday and closed during lunch hours. I’m confused as to when they actually operate.
The entire process went smoothly. Checking in was simple and the receptionist was cordial and pleasant. I waited a short period of time before being called for my immigration check. The doctor Leewen was cordial and friendly. I will choose this clinic again if any needed.
