My mom brought my sister here on Nov.1, Friday for cavities, next thing she knows she heard her crying all the from the lobby. Had a hard try breathing from crying, she had vomited all over her face and the dentist didn’t even bother stopping to make her calm down. They even had to wrap HER BODY SK SHE WONT MOVE. Used to bring my daughter here and she hated it. I get it kids obviously don’t like going to the dentist but the reason why she hated here is she said the dentist yells at her when she cries when they’re doing her tooth filling. That’s no way to treat kids when they’re obviously scared already. Moved her to a new dentist in pearl city. Soooo much better and even the place just feels different and good.

I stopped taking my daughter there. The hygienist, whatever her name is, is rude. My daughter had a filling done once, and I don't know what they did, but now she suffers from constant tooth sensitivity. When addressing the issue, she was brought back in, and nothing was done about it. They also tried to push some garbage about a new product for my daughter to address her snoring? How do you know she snores? The funny thing is she doesn't snore! Since when did we become primary care physicians?? That was pretty much the last... read more

Don’t trust the good reviews. They never pick up the phone. They constantly reschedule our appointments. They send us bills without ever discussing the patient portion in office. Shady and careless.
