I’ve been a patient for a little over a year now. My previous doctor passed away and this doctor and the staff made my transition easy to say the least. Sometimes it can take a while to get a message or call back but just be patient. Everything is on telemedicine I believe. I appreciate the helpful staff.

They are the WORSE!!! Ridiculous!! I've been trying to call, no one answers or calls me back after leaving several voicemails!!! Clearly they don't care about their patients! That's why I've drop them for a Dr that's there for the patients! I'll never visit this place again!!
Been trying to call for an appointment for days and all I get is a recording. Leave message and I either don't get a call back or if someone calls and I'm not home, I have to try calling again and the cycle of madness starts over. I'm not sure how anyone spoke to a human being at the 2337 number but I never have - thus making this Vet one frustrated person.
The worst facility ever. We entrusted my mom's care to this facility and in two years, they never did a urine test (she is 86). Their office is uncooperative and attitudinal. They are extremely hard to reach and have to leave messages after messages. I would NOT recommend them to anyone who cares about their family. NO STARS!! Left and went elsewhere. Had to post 1 start just to post but my feeling is 0 stars
