Alana the receptionist is incredibly rude.
Very very rude reception staff, they make you feel very unwelcome and speak in a rude manner ! I went down today, in person, to fill out new patient information, I was told a 2 day wait for the reception staff to put my information through, I was to ring up in 2 days at least to book in a doctor appointment.

Many people say that the receptionists here are rude but I find them to be warm and welcoming as well as very helpful and the waiting times to be usually short and all the doctors are highly skilled and professional as well as the nurse and Laverty staff
