Alana the receptionist is incredibly rude.
Very very rude reception staff, they make you feel very unwelcome and speak in a rude manner ! I went down today, in person, to fill out new patient information, I was told a 2 day wait for the reception staff to put my information through, I was to ring up in 2 days at least to book in a doctor appointment.

Many people say that the receptionists here are rude but I find them to be warm and welcoming as well as very helpful and the waiting times to be usually short and all the doctors are highly skilled and professional as well as the nurse and Laverty staff
The Doctor very excellent in services but the reception and the nurse is very bad and rude. Because of this, I change new GP in town. First, I call the reception to request all my family record file. Then she advice me ask our new GP to request directly from them due we not allow to take the file by our ownself. So, on the 25/8/2023 our new GP ask the reception to request to transfer all our file from Leeton Family Clinic to them. No respon until a month. Then, the Gp ask the reception follow up again.
