Pathetic absolutely shameful service treatment and respect. It needs an investigation into medical malpractice and patient neglect.
Staff excellent and professional at all times except for one nurse on AM/PM shift dated 11/08/25... Rude.spoke to me like i was a child. Questioned me on certain things pointing her finger at me when talking. Why are you on this medication, Where do you live in Leeton, We don't look after patients with Diabetes. Tried to explain that I'm not just here for Diabetes... But was interrupted,talked over me,down to me. WOW... I just gave up. You need to leave this public service. Thanks Rest of the staff awesome 👌
Staff are friendly and take you in and assess you no worries but waiting for a doctor is beyond the joke. Have waited for 4 and a half hours for a doctor who I was told by the doctor himself he only has 3 patients to deal with.
The way i was spoken to on the phone by someone on the ward was pathedic and disgusting! Should never be aloud next to a phone again. Rude !!
