bought a used car recently. was serviced here regularly. underneath inspection revealed oil leak from sump plug. it's not been torqued correctly, and it looks like the old sump plug gasket is being used. Coolant was empty because it was leaking from the damaged radiator. Tranmission oil was extremely low. Lack of care, really. Car was log book serviced here for many years.
Decent job on service & price but really doesn't like getting back to you couldn't even return call or ring to say cars finished abit rude honestly lacks customer service.
