Dusty Stella and Michelle were wonderful. We were on a road trip from nj to SC when our tire starting losing pressure. They evaluated the issue quickly and addressed immediately so we could get back on the road. We had our dog and they welcomed him to the air conditioning in their waiting area. Highly recommend
Quick and reliable
Came here on recommendation. Called hours ahead to schedule 2 tires and an alignment. Once I show up I’m told they can’t do my alignment and it’s gonna be another hour 1/2 - 2. Definitely going to Firestone from here out and recommend you do the same.
Michelle was great as usual very friendly and knowledgeable.
