We didn’t get any services because 30 minutes before our apt we get a call that their mechanic had a “emergency”. Every time we have made an apt here it’s been some sort of issue. 3 hours to get tires installed the first time WITH an apt. This time we rebuilt the front end this past weekend ourselves because we KNEW we had an apt today for the alignment.
