Had an 11:30 appointment. Truck went straight into the shop. Needed 2 front tires and an alignment. Within 45 minutes my truck went into another bay. At 3:00 they informed me that “they had wrecked my truck”. I go out to inspect and discover that someone didn’t know what they were doing and lifted the truck on the pinch welds instead of the frame. I did the buy 4 new tires, get free alignment, oil change and wipers for free deal. I got all of this for under $600 and that was a great deal.
I give it a 3 because I did the buy 4 new tires, get free alignment, oil change and wipers for free deal. I got all of this for under $600 and that is a great deal. However, they scraped my rims all up on all of my tires. I don’t think they really knew how yo remove the rims from the tires and all 4 of my rims are scraped up horribly now. Other than that I have no complaints thus far but I am very upset about my rims. P.S. the picture does not show the extent of the scrapes, it looks a lot worse in person.
I originally had great experiences with this tire shop(that is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1). I bought the 4 tire package from them and returned periodically for the tire rotation. I noticed there was some uneven tire wear and asked would it be covered under the warranty. Of course it was a "No" due to an alignment issue. I explained that I was never informed of the uneven wear at any of my appointments. I would've gotten another alignment with them ASAP.
