I don't understand the bad reviews, everyone at this office was so kind and welcoming. They had good rapport with other patients in the office, Dr. Matthew was funny and kind and very well informed I his line of work and other conditions. I truly appreciate this office and its staff and Dr for being so kind to not just me, but my 2 sons as well. Thank you!
I had a scheduled appointment for 12:15 I didn’t get moved to a room til almost one and was still sitting there til 1:40 and never got seen.
Diagnosed me with Cardiomegaly. I wanted to see the evidence, as I’m a mom with three tiny children. My doctor called them, I called them, it has been a YEAR. No follow up, no paperwork. Horrible place to go.
The worst i have ever seen. The front desk area is atrocious, there is no organization. Everytime i went i waited a minimum of 5 hrs for a scheduled appointment because they always over book , and his wife likes to make decisions in the office that she is not qualified to make. Patient charts are everywhere stacked in piles. And the bonus….Dr Matthews is the rudest doctor i have ever met. He has no filter. So disrespectful
