Rude and dishonest practice, they charged us for a pet exam they didn’t do and lied by omission. They never told us that it was non-refundable (even though they didn’t do the exam nor did they communicate that to us ever). The manager was extremely rude about it as well. It was NEVER communicated to us in any way that it was a non-refundable deposit, and they scheduled the appointment literally the day before so they should have told us if that is so - it was also NOT on the website, nor did I sign any paperwork. wonderful and knowledgeable staff
I have never been to a vet animal hospital that has been so kind, welcoming, caring and knowledgeable. One of my cats gets so scared going in the carrier and car and she did number 1&2 on the way. They cleaned her up and provided me with supplies to clean her carrier. They got me in a room right away and everything was fast yet thorough. The vet and the vet tech were so kind and asked not only about the cats but about me as well. They were so gentle and loving to my animals. They were personable and truly empathetic.
