I used to love it here. I don't know what happened but it has gone way downhill. The vet techs are wonderful! The vets, not so much. My pup Rufus was diagnosed with Lyme. After giving him meds for 30 days, I called to schedule a retest. When I got there, they turned my away and said the dr said he couldn't be tested for another year. So then why did they make me an appt? And why wasn't I called about this? No, they waited till I took off work, drove 45 min only to refuse me. And then have the nerve to charge me for the test ... read more

We will NOT go back. Doctor was more worried about me not having a mask on in my own vehicle when they came out for her. The girl said nothing about it to me. It’s not posted so you can know. When Dr. Priebe called me about Charlay’s visit he told me 3 times about the mask. That truly seemed to be his concern. I apologized to the girl when she brought Charlay back out to be, and she said ‘no biggie’. Then sat in my car for 35 minutes while I waited for a call to pay and get her script.
Wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs and cats.
