Extremely unprofessional! My daughter has prom today. She scheduled her appointment a week in advance. When my daughter called yesterday to confirm, Leesha said she "forgot to add my daughter to the schedule"! So instead of her planned appointment which was 7:30, she was switched to 9:30 and ultimately 6AM!Was the final time. My daughter's hair was rushed because LEESA double book This was my daughter's second time there. Leesa didn't do a good job. I'M 😡. THIS WAS PROM!!!!!!

She's a complete FLAKE WEIRDO!!! My wife and I called her two days ago to gift a hair treatment for our daughter. She stated that she might be able to do it in the evening or the next late morning. We settled on 11:30 AM the next day for an appointment. She then calls back and asks if we can come in late in the night. We had already told her that we had evening plans.
