I had a great experience at Leesburg Volkswagen. My service advisor, Brittany Hall, was fantastic—friendly, professional, and quick to get us taken care of. The entire staff was so nice and made the visit easy from start to finish. They got us on our way as fast as possible, and I’d definitely recommend them.

We had a good overall experience at this shop. At the beginning there was some confusion about the service we requested, and the first set of tires we chose were not the correct fit for our vehicle. However, everything was clarified quickly, and the team worked to find the right tires for us.
