My recent visit to Leesburg Volkswagen for the first oil change on my Taos was the usual first class experience. The work was completed within the time frame indicated to me by the helpful and professional service advisor Heath who kept me updated throughout my time at the dealership. All other associates were also very friendly and professional making my overal visit a pleasureable experience.
Matt in service is always transparent about what options you have for repairs and what is going on with the car after the diagnostic and the techs get everything done as soon as possible. One look a day to replace water pump and all the coolant hoses associated with it! Will never take my car anywhere else!
