I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Smita Pathak at Leesburg-Sterling Family Practice in Broadlands. I came into the office with legitimate concerns about symptoms I had been experiencing, including concerns based on my family history, and I left feeling completely dismissed and unheard. We were with this practice for over 10 years. The deterioration over the years in quality of medical services, customer service, and overall experience has been so unfortunate. It took multiple visits and calls to get a simple sports form corrected both last year and this year. They changed their policy without notifying us. When calling to addressing the issue, people are not taking responsibility to resolve the issue - The front desk hands it to the nurse, the nurse sends me back to the front desk! What a mess!! Avoid this place (Broadlands, Ashburn) if you would like to have compassionate, better and upgraded service ! I called this place to take a yearly follow up appointment. There was a call center person named 'Alex' picked up the phone and I am so disappointed to his quality of service. The doctor i visited left the facility and first thing he mentioned that you need to go to another facility as the doctor is not here anymore. I asked for appointment and he said no doctor is taking new patients anymore. I asked for NP options ... read more
