I will not be returning. I had been a patient at this location for more than a decade, and the practice changed ownership several times in the past but this time without any communication to patients — I discovered it during my visit. Throughout the appointment, he was dismissive and unnecessarily critical. Every comment felt like another attempt to shame or belittle me rather than provide professional guidance. It was an incredibly unpleasant experience.
I am extremely concerned about my experience with this dental office and feel obligated to warn others. When the owner was notified that his front desk associate, Catherine, was allegedly taking photos of patients’ private information and sending them outside of the organization, his response was deeply troubling.
