Ownership change has led to disappointments in customer service. As a 30 senior level executive in Healthcare. Specifically outpatient provider services, I was offended to be lecturered by the hygienist on pre-auth and HX. Much to learn as her interactions have lost them a PT for life.

It was a great visit. Grateful for the kind, courteous, and professional service in spite of my late arrival due to unforeseen traffic back-ups.
As I have stated in a previous review, I have been a patient at this practice since 1976! My children and I were all patients of Dr. Herbert, and I am now a patient of Dr. Collazo. With Barbara's retirement, the dental hygienist who I now see is Frances. I really appreciate the thorough cleaning and care that is provided to me. Front desk staff is courteous, efficient, and friendly. All is very much appreciated!
