Leesburg Family Dental is the best dentist I ever seen in my entire life. From the nurses to the Doctor VO was nice as heaven and so talented of what they do. So professional
Very unprofessional office. They told me my insurance was inactive (which it wasn’t) and had me calling my insurance dealing with an issue that wasn’t even an issue. I called them back to let them know and no one answered my calls or returned my calls/texts..truly unbelievable.
It’s disappointing after reception ask me to pay $100 just to ask about the price of dental work — without even getting an exam. (I’m a returning customer.) After this experience, I’ve decided to cancel appointments for my whole family and not come back here.
The whole team were exceptionally friendly and approachable as well as throughly professional! Thank you Dr.Vo and Team Dennis Quinn
