Got a new tent put on our little trailer. I talked to Peter a week earlier and he said give them a couple of days notice. After stopping in to their facility when we arrived Erica said they would call with a time. That afternoon she called and asked if we be there at 7:00 am the next day as they wanted us to get back on the road as soon as possible. Amazing service and wonderful staff
We purchased our Excel in 2016 and have pulled our camper with a motorcycle in all 48 contiguous states. Obviously, we love it. Have experienced some violent storms and have always stayed dry. It has now begun to fade due to amount of exposure to the elements. Approximately 40,000 miles later, highly recommend this camper. Have to mention that I'm 76 and my wife is 75 and still love it. Thank you!
