prompt, but expensive I had an a situation that required a service call based on what I perceived to be a problem with a new tv. Lee's was the contact. I was warned about the possibility of a fee if they found my problem to not e covered under warranty. It was a stupid mistake on my part but the $125 this man charge me was out of line, in my opinion. He said because he brought another man with him (who spoke little or no English) that he had to pay him. I screwed up, but he gouged me.
Charlottesvile's most expensive service – Find another repairman to service your TV. Mr. Lee came out and was in my house for 40 minutes and charged me $165. That's highway robbery!
