Not crazy about the “first come-first served policy”. Never seen that before at ANY tire shop., anywhere. Always made an appointment in every tire shop that I have been to. Very long wait time. They did correct a balance issue , told me no wait, but when I showed up at 10:40 am was asked to come back at 12:30 which I did. Then another almost 2 hours wait after that. Guys have always been real fair and timely. Always a great experience.
Amazing staff, I went in with a huge balance issue and I have custom wheels. Instead of getting mad about the mentioning of location of lugnut tool; they quickly wrote it down. About an hour later they all it done. Drove home with the balance back to normal! I will be returning from now on!! Thank you kindly!
I took the car in for a routine oil change without an appointment. They were able to do it and l didn't have to wait long. I really appreciate that they text me a reminder of the need to get an oil change. Very happy with their service.
