The most rude workers ever !! Had several items to purchase after being in the store for at least 15 min and then they asked me to put a mask on.. for health reasons I don’t wear one and they were super rude .. so I left and went across the street to shirt off my back where they were so nice and accommodating!! Spend your money with them!! Jackson has been beautiful but won’t be back until they get control of the liberal policies 😡
Had a armful of t-shirts I was going to purchase when I was rudely approached by a clerk that I needed to put on mask. As I was in the middle of folding a shirt I told her “give me just a minute . “. She told me I needed to do it immediately. Told her we would just leave and she replied “that would be even better .” Wow ... so we went across the street to “Shirt Off My Back” and bought a ton of shirts ! Do not recommend Lee’s Tees . You need visitors Jackson Hole . What have you become ??
I would consider myself a rule follower. I made every attempt to wear a mask and follow your rules as long as I was in your store. I have a true medical exemption and when the anxiety attack was coming on (I can tell due to PTSD training) and I had to remove the mask to delay it until I could check out. I watched 5 people walk out with no mask. I walked in the store and no one said a word. I had merchandise in my hand and was at the back of the store and an older gentleman that was an employee was very rude. I told him that I didn't wear one due to medical reason and he got loud and very rude. He told me he didn't care. They have childish, rude employees. I wanted to go off on a female employee today for yelling at me for forgetting to pull my mask up. I was distracted by my kid’s and securing their masks. Rude employees. Try using a nicer tone. It was an honest mistake. We left and didn’t buy anything.
Just bought a long sleeves tshirt and a hoodie. The cashier was a very rude when I was checking out.

Lots of stores to shop in Jackson, but the staff here was great! They smiled, gave eye contact and were very helpful. We found some awesome souvenirs to bring home. Highly recommend.
