Stopped by for the first time and was really pleased with the results. She did a great job on my jacket and went out of her way to have my alterations ready before a wedding I was attending, which I really appreciated. I’m not very familiar with tailoring prices, but everything seemed fair to me. I’ll definitely be back!
She’s a nice lady, don’t get me wrong. But, I waited 4 months for a dress to be altered. Dropped it off in December for a simple hem and taking in the waist just a little. I did not get to wear it back in December as intended— fair, a lot of events were going on during this time and could see the business of her shop. Ann seems very nice, but first she altered my granddaughter’s cheer uniform noticeably crooked. My three very simple alterations were not ready when she said, and for a month afterwards. I asked her to call me when they were done, which she didn’t. When I finally went back for them, she lied and said she had left me three messages. She didn’t leave me one. I don’t normally give bad reviews, but lying just did it.
She altered my wedding dress and did amazing work! Got it done in the time frame she committed to and charged me a very reasonable price. She is such a sweet person too! Remembered I’m in medical school and asked about my son when I went back to pick up my dress. Highly recommended!!!
