I’ve been going to Bree for a couple of years and to the salon for around four. Overall I’ve had good experiences which is why this is disappointing. I paid for extensions about a month ago, and a piece started falling out within a few weeks. I’ve called multiple times to get it addressed, and each time the receptionist said she would speak with Bree and call me back. I never received a follow-up, and the interactions felt rushed and dismissive. I understand things happen, but I expected better communication and support.

Using my husbands account…I have been a client there with Bree since I moved to Lees Summit a year ago and I could not have been happier. My daughter recently tried cutting her own bangs and she did not do well. I called to try and get her in with Bree and I was informed that “Bree was no longer seeing children and we cannot help you”. So apparently no one in the building sees children anymore. In response to salon, I find it unnecessary and unprofessional those details were shared publicly, which I believe crossed a professional boundary. I deserve more respect and privacy. There was no prior communication about any concerns with how I scheduled or followed your policy. I booked these trims as instructed & was not trying to be unfair to anyone.
