In response to salon, I find it unnecessary and unprofessional those details were shared publicly, which I believe crossed a professional boundary. I deserve more respect and privacy. There was no prior communication about any concerns with how I scheduled or followed your policy. I booked these trims as instructed & was not trying to be unfair to anyone. I’ve been going to Lee’s Summit Retreat Hair Salon & Spa for years!! I highly recommend for highly professional care with great prices!! I’ve had cut, color, eyebrows waxed & massage! I’ve seen several staff & never gone wrong. My son has also got his hair cut here with great results!
I’m writing this with real disappointment after being a loyal client for years. Since quitting coloring my hair, I’ve scheduled the last 3–4 trims with Bry as “bang cuts” because that’s how the salon/Bry instructed me to book them. This was never a problem until yesterday. I could not recommend Retreat more than anyone else! They treat all their clients with respect and have such a welcoming environment. I see Aimee and she ALWAYS gets my vision down to a T! My hair is healthy and she gives amazing advice on how to keep my hair at the best it can be! Everyone is sweet and make your experience good. They have good products (aveda & shiubi) which in my opinion smell amazing and always make my hair so soft. Couldn’t recommend such a personable hair salon!
