The front office is rude but Dr Koleiny is goated!!!
Yearly physical visit at 8:00 AM and everyone was pleasant and efficient!
I moved here about 7 months ago. Trying to relocate and transfer care has been a challenge for a family of 5. The other providers we have seen have been less than welcoming. When I arrived I was greeted, treated with respect, and patience. The nurse spoke with care. The doctor did a great job relating to me and my concerns. It was a relief and encouraging.
At the end of the day, I get what I need at this office however, the staff they’re just really aren’t too friendly, and the nurses are in their own world and not really helpful when taking you back to the room and having that discussion before the doctor comes in and then you’ve got doctors that are very to the point on paper and aren’t very good with their personable interactions with the client
You will find Dr Koleiny and staff to be caring, friendly and willing to take the time to listen. I wish I had found them years ago!9
