I had a very negative experience at this facility. Not only was my appointment interrupted by a front desk worker, but when I went to schedule an appointment, the staff was sitting and gossiping about the provider I saw. The front desk worker asked me multiple inappropriate medical questions including “what medication are you even on?” while refusing to create an appointment for me. She then proceeded to tell me my provider “always runs late” and how the “patient after me was getting upset.” After telling her multiple times ... read more
I’ve been coming to this office for several years. I have always received great care. I can get in and out quickly, and I rarely have to wait to see the doctor. I’ve never had a bad experience or visit with this office.
Office staff was polite and professional, schedulers and ladies at the desk checking you in and out. The good service terminates there. Medical staff are arrogant, condescending, act as though you are beholden to them. Messages don’t get answered for weeks, and when they do, it’s not by the medical provider. Clearly the hunt for a good provider in the area is still ongoing..
Amazing and the doctor I met today was very nice
The best family medical office I’ve ever visited. I’ve always had a good experience.
