The delivery guy was awesome. We looked over the site and he put a plan together to get our shelter in place and executed that plan to a tee. He was great and no bought he knew what he was doing. Great experience and will recommend Lee's to everyone we kkow.
We bought two shelters one for home an one for my son home well I highly recommend them put in on march 3 2026 an the young men were super great putting them in a delivered them I give them five stars an highly recommend them super great
Exceptional customer service. We purchased a residential storm shelter and when they came to deliver it our pad wasn’t level. Victor grabbed a shovel and helped me level up our pad before setting our shelter. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
We had a great experience dealing with Lee’s Storm Shelter. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Victor was excellent and did a wonderful job delivering/installing our shelter. He was very knowledgeable and took great care in making sure the shelter was placed exactly how we wanted.
With all the rain it took a little while to get our storm shelter, we was kept in formed. We had ours put right behind our house. Mr. Harvey the man who delivered done a wonderful job. He got it where we wanted it with power lines and in a tight spot. I would recommend Lee's, I'm very pleased
