They never showed up after confirming the reservation 5 days previously. They didn't cancel, respond to emails, nor did they call The Nitty Gritty to let them know they were not coming. The policy is no refunds, but I am disputing the charge with my bank as this is fraudulent activity to take money and not provide the service, that's just a scam. DO NOT RESERVE A PARTY WITH THIS ORGANIZATION!!!
