We knew for about 2 years that we needed to do something with our septic because the drain field was no longer working. We called another service that starts with "A" and were lied to about reports to the county (you can look those up yourself) and scare tactics about what they would need to do at an exorbitant cost. One star. Extremely disappointed with the septic inspection service. I purchased a home relying on the septic inspection report provided by this company. Just two weeks after moving in, the entire system failed — with backups, flooding, and visible sludge in the drain field. A second inspection by a licensed company revealed the system was severely clogged and the drain field was essentially non-functional. We had them come to do an inspection & pump out our septic for our home sale which went very well. Problem is they sat on the paperwork for 26 days before turning it in to Tacoma Public Health so that they would sign off on it. Due to the lack of promptness are home's sale may fall through. We have tried & our realtor have tried to contact them to rush this through & Dale will not return our calls! They have not even tried to rectify this huge error on their part! I've used Lee's Sanitation 3 times now. The technician has always been Dale whom was always punctual , helpful, and friendly. They have a reasonable price.
