Very disappointing experience at Lee’s Sandwiches today, mainly due to misleading promotions and poor service. The blackboard outside clearly stated: “3–6 PM: Buy one sandwich, get the second half off.” I ordered two sandwiches, but my receipt showed no half-off discount at all. When I asked a female staff member, she first gave me completely incorrect information, claiming it was a morning coffee promotion, which had nothing to do with what was written on the board.
