The Vietnamese coffee here is delicious! They make great breakfast sandwiches, banh mi, and all of their pastries are very tasty!
I used to frequent the location on University Ave. because it was the only one around but it went downhill. Shelves and cases are nearly empty, it is quite run down. The Lee's on Van Buren is fantastic. They have an extensive variety of items, it is very clean and the staff is courteous. Besides the great sandwiches, fresh baguettes, and much more, they are the only place that I know of where I can get fresh passion fruit juice. It is fabulous! I gladly drive an extra 7 miles to visit this location!
Food is good .. Service is excellent... Parking sucks because it's next to an extremely busy In n Out location (but I found a quick spot today)... And they don't honor rewards or promos at this location!! Obviously not the best bahn mi - you have to head to OC - but if you're in RivO and have a craving, it hits! A bit pricey though! Also, it's a reliable coffee spot!
